Literal translation Bakudan Yaki is “Baked Bomb”. What is it? basically it is a single giant たこ焼き Takoyaki. What is Takoyaki? Literall it means baked Octopus. It is basically Octopus baked in a ball of batter. It is one of favorite things to eat here and this was an interesting variation. It is also becoming enjoyable for me to be able to walk up to little stands like this and have minimal trouble ordering food.
