Todd and I spent a thrill filled afternoon at the Ramen Museum in Yokohama. Pretty cool place made to look like 1950′s Tokyo. There are 9 places to try different types of Ramen, unfortunately our stomachs only had space for 2 of them.
Fukuchan – Hakata Ramen
Ide Shoten – Tonkotsu Ramen
