I thought the Tonkotsu Ramen here was quite good. But Natsuko and I seem to have very different opinions on what is a goood bowl of Ramen. Even though we both really enjoy Ramen we haven’t agreed on which ones we seem to like in some time now. I guess the search will continue for great Ramen.

Pretty decent Toncotsu Ramen in Sengawa at FuFu Ramen (ふうふううらーめん).

This Ramen’s broth was fish based which usualy isn’t my favorite but I thought it was pretty good. The Pork in this was broiled (炙りチャーシュー) which was different and interesting.

Satisfactory burger at Becker’s inside Ebisu Station. Though I think the stuff in the back was supposed to be coleslaw but just seemed like really wet smooshed cabbage and not much else.

I know it is wrong but when you are at Kaiten Sushi (conveyor belt Sushi) and it rolls around it is pretty hard to resist.

Had this crazy ChyāShūmen in Shibasaki. There is so much pork you can barely see the the bowl. I would have to say the pork has more visual impact than actual flavor impact. But it was decent and I have yet to meet a bowl of Ramen that is outright bad.

This Ramen wasn’t anything special but it hit the spot after the gym and some Kyokushin sparring.

At a local Oden/ Yakitori place in our neighborhood we had hoped this item would be more interesting than the name implied, sadly the name was quite literal and all we got where balls of cheese.
